Following a number of returns, I opt for these marvelous footwear. Dance shoes are best for me, mostly since I have quite delicate ft (even though I do just take ballroom dance courses). These soft shoes fit like a glove and are still supportive. They were my marriage ceremony shoes. Dyed them white and had a ball; comfy all day. A specific thank you to Zappos from this older bride for your reduced charges, free of charge transport, and calming customer assistance reps.

Low-cost Dance Shoe For A Inexpensive Price tag - I was fairly dissatisfied when I pulled these clunky heels out of their box. There had been threads fraying all-around foot opening and on the strap. They looked and smelled low cost and all of the dancers I put them on pointed out how uncomfortable they had been. I will certainly stick to the Capezio Footlight.

New very best character shoe friend - I really like the way this shoe appears and value the additional stability of the wider heel base as compared to a Capezio two" - at minimum one/eight" all all around. I did not have issues with the ankle strap rubbing. Also, astonishingly, I did not have a difficulty with the back of the heel rubbing as noted in another assessment and this is normally a issue region for me. The heel seam definitely comes higher up the again of my heel than my older character shoes - about two three/4" as opposed to 2 one/2". They have been a little narrower than I hoped a broad would be, but nothing out of the expected for a Capezio. The footwear had incredibly small break in period - I did have rubber 50 % soles and heels place on. I am capable to use my arch supports and/or heel inserts in these which as an older dancer is a lot appreciated. I purchased an 8W and am putting on them for clogging and people dance (Greek island specifically). At first I was concerned about the one/2" big difference in height between these and my older pair - but it only took 1 rehearsal too get used to the variation. I like the appears enough that I will also be donning this shoe as a gown shoe. If you are not utilized to the larger heel, as with any shoe, you may want a larger dimensions.

GORGEOUS! A stunning character shoe! Very expensive, but worth it. I use it as a tap shoe. Challenging leather sole is really strong, but flexible sufficient. Heel peak is perfect-sexy but not also higher to dance. Higher top quality leather broke in very quickly, and bound edges didn't rub. I place in gel-pads for shock absorption at the ball of the foot. I advise for critical dancers!

Sending them again - I ordered these footwear for perform. I have worn character shoes for get the job done for years and believed this design would be great to try out. I ordered a 50 percent dimensions larger than my standard dimension and that was ideal. I also ordered the broad which I want and that was best as properly. However, the heel cup of the shoe is difficult and arrives up too large and digs into the back of my ankle. Also, the placement of the strap digs into the bones on the aspect of my foot on the strap origination aspect not the buckle side. This shoe harm my foot just attempting it on. It is heading back.
