I confess I am a boot-a-holic, but have caught with convenience shoe brands as a result significantly. First factor I have to mention is that Zappos is a top notch firm! I originally ordered the Heath boot (in that wonderful maple brown colour), but they had been so sick fitting. I took them on a trip with me without actually sporting them, big mistake. As these have been the only footwear that I introduced with me I had to wear them, no make a difference how thick of a sock I wore my foot (in particular the heel) was slipping all over the spot. When I returned from my trip I named Zappos and they gave me a 1 time courtesy exchange. I have returned my shoes in the previous, but I have never ever worn them! This company really takes care of their customers. I will continue to be a loyal consumer to them. OKAY now as for the Veronica boot, I like them but I do not enjoy them as other reviewers do. The fit is still slipping but not as negative as the Heath. I really feel the heel is always slipping on most Frye boots that I have attempted. I like the slouch. I purchased black but in the long term I will buy brown (they search a little like police boots in black) the brown colour would have been way greater with my wardrobe. Thanks Zappos your by far 1 of the best organizations all around!
